The Protein Bread Company was founded to meet the needs of consumers who could not eat bread.

Today, it allows thousands of athletes and health focused individuals to take it to the next level, with natural high protein, low carb & gluten free products that allow them to meet their daily nutritional requirements.

The Protein Bread Company is an Australian owned company that believes in the power of natural high protein, low carb food to inspire and change people’s lives. Founded by siblings Anna & Luke Hopkins who grew up on the far south coast of NSW, they are passionate about using Australian ingredients – many of which come straight from the farm such as golden flax meal grown in south-west Victoria, almond meal from Renmark in S.A, lupin from Irwin Valley in W.A and whey protein from Warrnambool in VIC.

The challenges of modern day living can mean that many consumers really don’t know how good their body can feel. The Protein Bread Company aims to change this through creating beautiful, natural, high protein, low carb products that are accessible to all Australians.
