This Spiced Mug cake is the PERFECT dessert for one. Slightly higher in carbs, which is expected with dried fruit. But still packed with protein and spice.
30g of Protein Pancake Mix
3 TB of almond milk
3 drops Vanilla essence
1 teaspoon stevia or sweetener of choice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 TB dark rum (optional)
2 TB dry fruit mix of choice
Custard (optional for serving) - we used Paul's 30% less sugar custard.
1In a mug, mix together the Protein Pancake Mix, Spices, Almond Milk, Vanilla Essence and Stevia
2Mix in the dried fruit and rum
3Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes
4Serve with custard (optional, but yummy)
5Note: you can adjust the dried fried portion to suit your macro's.
