Another new way to enjoy our 6 Australian Seeds mix. A perfect High Protein addition to your lunch or dinner. To be honest, you can enjoy this ANYTIME in place of bread.
1 packet of 6 Australia Seeds Protein Bread Mix
1 ¾ cup water
20ml white vinegar
TB Dried herbs and salt
1Preheat oven for 20min on 180 degrees.
2Line 2 x Square cake tins (23cm’s)
3Put the bread mix in a large bowl
4In smaller bowl whisk together water, 2 eggs, white vinegar,
5Add the wet mix to the dry mix and combine well
6Pop the mix into a lined and sprayed square cake tins evenly.
7Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle the herbs and salt on top
8Bake for 25-30mins On until golden.
