Pizza for Dinner

Pizza has changed forever. Just 5g of carbs and a whopping 50g of Compete Protein in one 12" base.

Ingredients

3/4 cup (80g) Protein Pizza Mix

3 large eggs or 180g egg whites

1/4 cup (60ml) water

1 tablespoon olive oil

veggies veggies

Tomato paste

Shredded cheese

Zucchini

Capsicum

marinated artichokes

Meat Lovers

Diced Bacon

Pepperoni

Directions

1Set your oven to 180°C and preheat for 15 minutes. Line a 30cm pizza tray with baking paper and spray with oil spray.

2Add the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Note: If you like your pizza crust crispy, add 10mL of olive oil. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.

3Pour the mixture into the centre of the pizza/ baking tray lined with baking paper, and spread it right to the edges. You can use the back of a spoon to shape it evenly.

4Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown

5Toppings - Top with your favourite toppings and pop back into the oven for a further 10-15mins or until golden brown on top

Note Serving size macros = 1/8 pizza (per slice)
