These Protein Cauliflower Crisps are low in carbs, and high in taste! Perfect for entertaining with your favourite dips or platter.
1 cup (100g) Protein Pizza Mix
1 cup (150g) grated cauliflower (can use cauli-rice from supermarket)
1 cup (125g) shredded cheese
Low Carb Dip (we used Chobani Meze dip - spiced capsicum)
1Preheat oven 190C
2Line two baking trays with Baking Paper
3Microwave Cauliflower in bowl with plastic wrap for 4-5 minutes until tender.
4Add the cheese, eggs, and pizza mix ingredients, and combine well.
5Scoop a flat TBSP of mixture onto tray and flatten into thin circle and repeat. (Makes 30)
6Bake for 30 minutes
7Remove from oven and serve with dip
