This Peanut Butter Halo Waffle sandwich is a fun little treat that still packs a decent amount of Protein 13.4g
1/4 cup (30 g) Protein Pancake Mix
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
50 ml milk of your choice
50g (2 heaped TB) Halo Top Peanut Butter Flavour
1/2 sliced banana
hazelnuts to garnish (optional)
1Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix thoroughly.
2Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly
3Lightly spray the waffle machine with oil and allow to heat.

5Once waffles are ready, place aside allow to cool and cut in 1/2. (triangle)
6In a non stick pan, brown the sliced banana.
7Assemble the sandwich. - On half the waffle add 1 heaped TB of Halo Peanut Butter and banana. Press the other half on top
