White chocolate and macadamia is a classic cookie flavour. Our White Choc Macadamia Protein Cookie is a great LowER Carb treat with 15g of protein. Great for those who have a little more flexibility with the carb intake.
1Preheat a fan-forced oven to 160°C and line a flat tray with baking paper.
2Place all dry ingredients (cookie mix, macadamias, white, choc chips) in a large bowl and combine.
3Add the butter, egg and vanilla essence to the dry mix and combine well. Cookie mixture should be crumbly but hold together when rolled into a ball. If the dough is too crumbly add a tablespoon of milk of choice.
4Take a heaped tablespoonful of the mix, roll into a ball then flatten and shape the edges.
5Place on your lined baking tray. Repeat process for the remaining mix
6Place cookies in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
7Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack.
